The Law of Deliberate Creation

First, it should be understood that the Law of Deliberate Creation is constantly working based upon whatever you are thinking about - good or bad. So, it certainly behooves us to pay attention to our inner intuitive life coach, or our inner being, so we can garner the messages we get from our Beingness. Once we start living life through the guidance of our inner spiritual counselor then emotional healing, physical healing, stress release, pain release, and personal transformation happens.

The Law of Attraction is a term which has been bantered about for the past few years. This article will focus on an aspect of the above Law; the Law of Deliberate Creation.

What does deliberate creation mean? It means you get to take control of your life and create your destiny through focused attention. The Universal Laws are our friends. And, the best of the good news is that we now have the information to create successful lives rather than creating by default. This information has recently been unveiled to humans and thus the reason for the recurrence of the term the Law of Attraction.

Knowingly, or unknowingly, we are creating our lives through our thoughts and emotions. This revelation allows us to connect with our inner being and listen to our inner guidance system which speaks to us through our emotions.

There are two important parts in the Law of Deliberate Creation. There is the launching of the thought followed by the expectation of the thought. So, first you have the desire for the creation of what you are thinking about and then you need to allow the creation to manifest.

Most of us have been taught to be logical in the way we live our lives. For some of us this means we have lost or buried our ability to dream or imagine what our hearts desires are. However, imagination and dreaming about what you want is a vital aspect in this creation process.

So, allow yourself to go wild with what you want. There are no boundaries permitted! Just let yourself dream away about what you believe will bring you happiness. Nobody needs to know about your "day dreams". This exercise is just a way for you to allow yourself to reconnect with your inner being and to reopen your deepest desires for what will give you extreme happiness and inner peace.

Furthermore, creation does not happen through action. If action alone were the key to the creative process then there would be no need to follow the powerful guidance of our inner intuitive counselor or to acknowledge the Laws of the Universe.

To clarify this statement it is imperative to understand that action without positive anticipation through our thoughts and emotions is far less satisfying. Therefore, if one precedes the process by connecting with their inner guidance system, far less action is required and the results are far more positive in nature.

To further expound upon the action step procedure it must be noted that if we follow our action without joy the outcome may result in an unhappy ending. For example, you might become physically fatigued. Since you would be expending a lot of energy from the unfocused arena you would be doing a lot of physical and/or mental processes. This type of behavior could be likened to a person running here, there, and everywhere trying different methods when one after the other previous methods fails to bring the desired results.

And, if the above processes do not produce the hoped for results then it is an automatic human response to feel disappointment. Furthermore, a sense of hopelessness and failure can also come into play.

Lastly, one might feel a sense of loss and unfulfilled expectations.

So, in order to avoid all of the above, it is best to NOT jump into action to get the things we want without thinking, seeing, visualizing, expecting, feeling, and speaking them into existence beforehand. If you follow this process you will experience fulfillment, inner peace, well being, enlightenment, and success.

Remember, emotions are our personal inner guidance system. If we have positive emotions we are on the right track. Whereas, negative emotions are a warning to us that we are off track. By just adhering to this simple tracking method you can learn to be in tune with your spiritual self at all times. And there is nothing more powerful than your own inner spiritual coach.

Please keep in mind that positive emotions keep us connected to our Inner Power Source and negative emotions are of a different nature. To put it in more simple terms: Love equals connection to the power within; hate equals disconnection from our inner essence. This does not mean our inner source ever leaves us; we choose to stay connected or choose to disconnect by free will.

To sum this all up: the combination of deliberate intention regarding your hopes and dreams, combined with being sensitive to the way you feel is what the Deliberate Creative Process is all about. There is no need to grasp each thought. Just focus on how you feel and learn to acknowledge your emotions.

Self Esteem Coach for Children

Coaching is all the rage now days but what about coaching for children? Parents are in a perfect position to use some coaching skills to help their children develop their self-esteem, confidence and sense of responsibility. It can also be used to help them with goal setting and attainment.

First I would like to differentiate coaching from other helping professions. Coaching is a partnership. The coach asks open-ended questions to help the coachees think through issues for themselves. Coaches help coachees examine their beliefs and values and to keep them in alignment. Coaching is not counseling, therapy, advising, mentoring or consulting. Coaching skills are tool parents can use to help their children grow, learn and develop as human beings.

Two of the primary coaching skills that parents can use are active listening skills and powerful questioning skills. Most of us were never taught these skills in school but they are essential to good communication and understanding.

In active listening you pay attention to nothing but the speaker. You clear your mind of distraction and focus on what the speaker is and is not saying. Some times what is not said is as important or more important than what is said. Active listening also includes paying attention to body language and noting when it does not say the same thing as verbal language.

Powerful questioning starts with open-ended questions that are designed to help the coachee think for themselves. They are never leading questions but rather questions that make the coachee think more broadly than they are thinking currently. They are "what" and "how" questions not "why" questions.

Here are some examples of powerful questions parents can use with children:

1. What are you going to do next?

2. How can you make that work for you?

3. What will happen if you do that?

4. What is most important to you?

5. Which one of your goals or values does that relate to?

6. How is that working for you?

7. If you knew the answer what would it be?

8. Which one of these ideas do you want to work on?

9. How will doing that impact other people?

10. What felt the best about doing that?

If you are unsure about trying some of this with your children it might be really helpful to hire a good, well-trained coach to get you started and to teach you some more about powerful questioning. A good coach can also help you with other difficult parenting issues.

Crohn's Disease Information

Crohn's Disease (also known as ulcerative colitis, granulomatous enteritis, regional enteritis, ileitis, or terminal ileitis) is an ongoing disorder that causes inflammation of the digestive tract (also known as the gastrointestinal tract). Crohn's Disease can affect any area of the digestive tract, from the mouth to the anus, however it most commonly affects the lower part of the small intestine, called the ileum. The swelling extends deep into the lining of the affected organ. The swelling can cause pain and can make the intestines empty frequently, resulting in diarrhea.

Crohn's Disease is an inflammatory bowel disease - the common name for diseases that cause swelling in the intestines. Because the symptoms of Crohn's Disease are similar to other intestinal disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome and ulcerative colitis, it can be difficult to diagnose. Ulcerative colitis causes inflammation and ulcers in the top layer of the lining of the large intestine. In Crohn's Disease, all layers of the intestine may be involved, and normal healthy bowel can be found between sections of diseased bowel.

The cause of Crohn's Disease is unknown. It is suspected that infection by certain bacteria, such as strains of mycobacterium, may be the cause of Crohn's Disease. However, there has been no conclusive evidence that the disease is caused by infection. Crohn's Disease is not contagious. Although diet may affect the symptoms in patients with Crohn's disease, it is not likely that diet is actually responsible for the onset of the disease.

The most common Crohn's Disease symptoms are abdominal pain, often in the lower right area, and diarrhea. Less common symptoms include poor appetite, fever, night sweats, rectal pain, and rectal bleeding, weight loss, arthritis, and skin problems, may also occur. Bleeding may be serious and persistent, leading to anemia. Children with Crohn's Disease may suffer delayed development and stunted growth. The range and severity of symptoms varies.

A thorough physical exam and a series of tests may be required to diagnose Crohn's Disease. Blood tests to check for anemia - which could indicate bleeding in the intestines. Blood tests may also uncover a high white blood cell count, which is a sign of inflammation somewhere in the body. By testing a stool sample, the doctor can tell if there is bleeding or infection in the intestines.

The most common complication is blockage of the intestine. Blockage occurs because the disease tends to thicken the intestinal wall with swelling and scar tissue, narrowing the passage. Crohn's Disease may also cause sores, or ulcers, that tunnel through the affected area into surrounding tissues, such as the bladder, vagina, or skin. The areas around the anus and rectum are often involved. The tunnels, called fistulas, are a common complication and often become infected. Sometimes fistulas can be treated with medicine, but in some cases they may require surgery. In addition to fistulas, small tears called fissures may develop in the lining of the mucus membrane of the anus.

Crohn's Disease affects both men and women and can run in some families. About 20 percent of people with Crohn's Disease have a blood relative with some form of inflammatory bowel disease, most often a brother or sister and sometimes a parent or child. Crohn's Disease can occur in people of all age groups, but it is more often diagnosed in people between the ages of 20 and 30. People of Jewish heritage have an increased risk of developing Crohn's disease, and African Americans are at decreased risk for developing Crohn's Disease.

Treatment for Crohn's Disease may include drugs, nutrition supplements, surgery, or a combination of these options. Treatment controls inflammation, corrects nutritional deficiencies, and relieves symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, and rectal bleeding. Treatment can help control the disease by lowering the number of times a person experiences a recurrence - however - there is no cure. Treatment for Crohn's Disease depends on the location and severity of disease, complications, and the person's response to previous medical treatments when treated for reoccurring symptoms.

Some people have long periods of remission, sometimes years, when they are free of symptoms. However, the disease usually recurs at various times over a person's lifetime.

This changing pattern of the disease means you cannot always tell when a treatment has helped. It is not possible to predict when a remission may occur or when symptoms will return. A person with Crohn's Disease may need medical care for a long time, with regular doctor visits to monitor the condition.

Causes of ear ache and ear infection

Ear aches and ear infections present themselves with many of the same symptoms, and this can make it difficult to figure out whether you have one or the other. In order to determine whether you or your child is suffering from an ache or an infection, you will need to be aware of the symptoms of each problem. It is important to remember, however, that a doctor will need to be consulted in either case so that a proper diagnosis can be made.

Ear Ache as a Result of a Cold

The cold virus can often cause an ear ache, and when this happens, the pain can range from a mild throbbing, burning or stinging pain, to a more severe one. In these cases, you will often find mucus of a yellow or green color in the nose and possibly mild fevers.

Fluid in the Ear

Ear ache is usually caused by excess fluid that presses against the ear drum and puts pressure on it. Over time, the ear drum begins to stretch, and this is when the pain begins to subside. Although the individual will experience pain, the ear drum itself will remain a healthy color; a pinkish grey.

When the patient is only dealing with an ear ache and not an ear infection, he or she will usually find that the pain subsides within a few hours. Excess fluid in the ear will naturally drain away, and it is quite common for the patient not to experience further problems once this liquid has been drained.

Diagnosing an Ear Infection

Ear infections are result of the virus called Otitis Media. Infections can also be a result of a cold, as there is a chance that the fluid in the ear becomes infected. When a patient suffers from an ear infection, they will usually experience severe amounts of pain, high fevers and a range of other symptoms, including sleeplessness, loss of appetite, vertigo and drainage from the ear that takes on a white, yellow or brown color. Irritability is also another sign of an ear infection, and this is especially common in children, since the pain and the lack of sleep begin to take a toll on them after some time.

To properly diagnose an ear infection, a doctor will need to look into the ear with his diagnostic medical instrument. When an infection is present, the ear drum will lose its pinkish gray color and take on a swollen, red and inflamed appearance.

Obtaining the Appropriate Treatment

When an ear infection occurs, treatment needs to be administered quickly and efficiently. Treatments will range from antibiotics to treat infection, and ear drops that will need to be administered according to the doctors orders. Ear infections can be severe enough to damage the ear drum and the hearing capabilities of the patient, and so they should be treated with caution. In the event that an ear ache is present for more than 24 hours, the patient should visit their doctor to obtain the appropriate treatment.

Healing Broken Bones

While many people will suffer a bone fracture in their lifetime, not many understand the process that the body undergoes during a fracture. As with any function of the human body, healing from a wound takes a significant amount of time. Depending on the injury, the person can also feel weak or tired because of the healing process or related medical treatments.

The process of a bone naturally healing begins with blood and bruising. A bruise appears when the blood vessels under the skin are broken or burst, causing discoloration. In the cause of a broken bone either the internal pressure of the fracture or the force that caused the bone to break can lead to significant hematomas. The blood around the area of the broken bone eventually clots around the fracture, allowing a network of microscopic activity to occur.

The clotted blood is responsible for introducing both phagocytes and fibroblasts to the area. While phagocytes are used to clear out unnecessary material from the site of the fracture, fibroblasts are used to construct collagen that mends the break. After awhile, these fibroblasts also begin to introduce calcium crystals to the area. Over time, it is this calcium that hardens into the regular bone structure of the body, and eventually leads to the restoration of the fracture.

The rebuilding of bone, although naturally occurring, is usually assisted by medical attention. Physicians are often expected to reset out-of-place bones or remove dangerous bone shards from causing any internal damage. Injuries that are sustained with massive amounts of force, such as great falling weights or automobile accidents, can require extensive medical treatment to allow the natural processes of the human body to truly fix health problems.

When it comes to your health, knowledge can be a powerful aid.

The Amazing Power of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

The Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT for short, has gained massive popularity over the past few years. The technique was developed by Gary Craig, and was build upon the work of Dr Roger Callahan called Thought Field Therapy (TFT). TFT was formed by combining ideas of quantum theory, kinesiology and acupuncture to create a modern healing technology.

Proof That the Emotional Freedom Technique Works

For all the logical brains out there I've compiled a short list of peer reviewed studies which prove the effects of EFT:

Elder, at al., 2007 proved the effects of EFT on maintaining weight loss;
Korber, at al., 202 proved the effects of EFT on anxiety, pain and elevated heart rate following injury;
Wells, et al., 2003 proved the effects of EFT on phobias.
A simple search on Google will also reveal a bunch of studies I missed out.

The point is this: EFT works! And, it's scientifically proven.

In my personal experience it's helped me tremendously with everything from a fear of heights to removing the thoughts and beliefs that block abundance.

How EFT works

The verdict on exactly how EFT works is still out. The current theory is that perturbations in the energy field cause negative emotions which can lead to negative physical side effects. By tapping on various points throughout the body, you can reset these fields, fix the energy disturbance and remove the negative emotions. The points used are typically the end points of various meridians as taught in Chinese medicine.

Uses for EFT

EFT has been proven to be successful at treating a wide range of problems, from physical to mental issues as well as more intangible issues such as harmful beliefs and thoughts.

My personal favorite use for EFT is to remove blocks to achieving goals and attracting abundance. It works like magic in that respect!

In order to work on physical issues, one would need to elicit the underlying psychological issues behind the physical symptom. This often involves asking questions such as: "If I knew what this back pain was related to, what would it be?"

You're looking for an emotional reason behind the physical symptom. That's where you can put EFT to work and create impressive improvements.

In terms of using the Emotional Freedom Technique to create abundance, one would pick a goal and use EFT to remove the charge behind the negative thoughts and beliefs that come up. Removing the emotional charge from this thoughts renders them powerless.

To go even deeper, one could investigate their deservingness and capability beliefs behind the goal. For example: "Why don't I deserve to have x?" could be used to elicit deservingness issues that could block abundance. The same could be said for beliefs around capability.

How To Do EFT

Unfortunately, EFT is much more effectively taught by demonstration, rather than explanation. In order to learn it as easily as possible, do a search on http://youtube.com.

EFT is an amazing tool for dealing with all kinds of problems from the physical to the psychological to the mental. It is my hope that this article has empowered you to use the Emotional Freedom Technique to improve your life.
